Music
Music classes have been working hard throughout the term. We have been looking at beat versus rhythm, experimenting with sound effects and Foley ready to create Soundscapes. In the senior grades we have been composing 4 bar rhythms preparing to add pitch for performance in term four.
Choir has been very busy for the last few terms preparing for Singfest. On September 2nd they did a fantastic job at the night performance at the Door of Hope after a very long day of rehearsing. Congratulations to all involved.
Choir is now preparing for the Exeter Community Carols which we participate in each year. It is a great performance opportunity for the students and a great way to end our year. We hope to see as many family and friends as possible to support this great community event.
Well done to all the performers in the 2025 Arts afternoon, we will hopefully see more performances at our end of year assemblies from our talented students. A special thanks to the West Tamar Band for coming along to play with the juniors.
